At Kaufland Mobil you can recharge your balance in several ways. It can be done online, via the Kaufland Mobil app, via SMS and even automatically.
How to recharge your balance:
- Enter the mobile number to be recharged.
- Select the preferred top up amount.
- Select the preferred payment method and fill in payment details.
- Complete the payment process.
- A confirmation will be shown when the top up is completed.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS / email.
You can choose from a variety of amounts, but you can also choose your own top-up amount. The minimum amount is € 5,- and the maximum amount is € 50,-. You can top up any amount in between, rounded off to whole euros.
With immediate once-off top-up, you can choose from the following payment methods:
Instant bank transfer (iDeal/Sofort)
Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express)
You can choose from the following payment methods for automatic top-up:
Credit card (MasterCard, Visa & American Express)
SEPA direct debit
With a one-time top-up, you will be asked to enter the required data in several steps.
You can always go "Back" to make corrections. After entering, you can start the top-up.
Upon payment, the required information is immediately checked online and you can use the balance immediately.
With Automatic top-up, you'll never run out of PrePaid balance again. You decide with which amount you want to top up your credit, on a fixed day of the week or month, or when your credit is less than the chosen € amount ,-.
- Choose a fixed day in the week or month on which your credit will be topped up.
- Top-up your own PrePaid balance, or set Automatic Top-up to keep your son's or daughter's balance at the optimal balance.
- You can set Automatic top-up from as little as € 10,- PrePaid balance at a time!
For Automatic top-up you need to log in once. For this registration a one-time payment of € 0,10 is required, so we can verify your payment details. Then you can choose how often and with what amount you want your PrePaid credit to be automatically topped up.
The PrePaid credit is always added in one go by means of a continuous SEPA direct debit. After each top-up, we will send you a text message or email as confirmation.
You need to sign up because we want to know how often and with what amount you want your credit to be topped up. Of course, we also need your payment details, because the balance is collected by continuous SEPA direct debit.
For the registration a one-time payment of € 0.10 is required, so we can verify your payment details. Your credit balance must be more than € 2,-, otherwise you will not be able to register.
After your registration you will receive a text message or e-mail as confirmation.
In your top-up account you can click on "Automatic top-up". Here you can change the automatic top up settings.
Login to your Kaufland Mobil top-up account and go to the "My Account" page by clicking the icon on the top-right side of the page.
Select the "View auto top-ups" button.
Find the auto top-up you want to delete and click on the "Delete".
Confirm that you are sure you want to delete the auto top-up.
Have you not activated automatic top-up yet and your balance is currently € 2,- or less? Then you first need to do a top-up yourself. For the registration a one-time payment of € 0,10 is required, so we can verify your payment details. Your balance must be more than € 2,-, otherwise you can't sign up.
Activate automatic top-up, you can then use the possibilities where on a fixed day in the week or month, or when your credit is less than € 2,-, your credit will be automatically topped up.
Top up vouchers are for sale in the larger supermarkets, telecom stores and gas stations.
Activate your top-up voucher online
- Go to the top up page
- Enter the FCB Mobil / Kaufland Mobil PrePaid number twice
- Enter the 16-digit code of the upgrade card
- Click on 'Opwaarderen'
Activate your top up voucher via sms
- Text the 16-digit code of the top-up card to 1444
- You will receive a text message that the top-up has succeeded
Activate your top up voucher via phone
- Call 1244 for free to top-up your credit.
- Follow the instructions in the menu and enter the 16-digit code.
- Your PrePaid credit will then be added immediately.
If you're going on vacation and don't want to run the risk of running out of PrePaid credit, we recommend that you take a number of vouchers with you. With the top-up vouchers you can also top-up from abroad for free via 1244.
We can only change the phone number if the order has not been successfully placed. If the number you entered happened to be another valid phone number, we can unfortunately no longer undo the top-up.
An error message can have various causes (e.g. exceeding the maximum credit, incorrect information or maintenance work on the systems of your credit card company). Each error message must be clarified individually. Alternatively, you can pay with a different payment method.
With a registered account you benefit from a simplified ordering process. You can also save your data, view previous top-ups and manage your automatic top-ups.
As a registered customer, you have the option of viewing your order history on your account page.
On you account page you will find the “Change password” button.
In your account you can manage payment method under “Payment settings”.
